Kieran Tierney is already making a big impression on his new Arsenal teammates following a Deadline Day move from Celtic.
After an entire summer of speculation, the Scotland international finally completed a £25million move to the Emirates.
Tierney will not be able to make his Gunners debut just yet, having gone under the knife for a double hernia operation in the summer.
However, he has clearly managed to keep himself in tip top shape, stunning his new teammates and the medical staff with his hands-on-hip vertical jump.
He recorded an impressive half a meter off the ground in his first attempt. The Arsenal medic team then relayed Aubameyang’s record to him.
Tierney’s subsequent effort saw him surpass Aubameyang’s record by one cm as he put down an incredible 55cm, much to the amazement of the watching Rob Holding.
Arsenal’s new No.3 spoke of his delight at securing a move to north London and added he hoped to be back in action soon.
“It feels great,” he told the club’s official website. “I’m delighted to be here.
“Obviously I’m injured now, but I’m just looking forward to getting back on the pitch, training and getting involved with the squad.
“I had a double hernia operation in the summer. I’m just getting back fit now, I’m just getting back involved with a ball and back running. So hopefully it’s not going to be too long.”
